If you are in any way displeased with the item that you receive, you are always welcome to send it back to us within our 30-Day return policy for a full refund on the item.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you do not have an account, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, some restrictions apply, and some international credit card orders may be cancelled if our bank declines the transaction.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are presented in real-time during the checkout process. All shipping methods except for the "Free Shipping" method will list the transit time and the cost for each respective shipping method based on the order being placed. Please note that although most orders are shipped the same day the order is placed, in some cases the handling & processing of your order may add 1 business day to the transit time advertised for the selected shipping method.
Please also note that the shipping rates are calculated in real-time by receiving the rates from the shipping carrier's website automatically based off the order weight. The weights of each product can be seen on their individual product pages. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest pound.
